Ziggy is quite the character. Weighing in at about all of 7 pounds, this little guy is a mighty dog in his own right. He gets along well with other dogs, big and small, and loves to cuddle with his human. While he looks fragile, he is definitely a rough and tumble sort of fella, but loves to be scooped up and held close for some personal time and companionship. Put him on leash and harness, and he is ready for an outdoor adventure! Ziggy is a prancer (thus our guess that he has some Italian Greyhound in him, along with those long legs). His terrier coat gives him an endearing just got out of bed; look and he is not a shedder. He loves to shake his little rope toy that is as big as he is! Ziggy wears a belly band while in the house which takes care of his housetraining/marking issue. He is generally quiet, but also is great alert dog, barking at someone who comes to the door. Ziggy is about 3 yrs old now and has been in rescue for quite some time. He is not always receptive to young children and would be best in a household with none under 10 years old. We are concerned that his ears might catch the wind just right and send him airborne! Not really, but as big as they are, they are just part of his unique character. Ziggy is truly one of a kind, designer dog, waiting to find that one of a kind person and home that thinks hes just the cutest thing since Justin Bieber.
