Her owner went to prison, and a family member who is caring for her is losing their home. Patty (spelled Phatty) is very shy, and you can see by her photo, she does not stand still long for pictures. We will try to get better ones soon. She has been living with her mother Nicki, an Akita (see her elsewhere on our website), and her dad Scrappy, a Shepherd mix (see him elsewhere on our website), and they all need new homes but do not have to go together. Patty would do well with a male dog who is confident and outgoing, whom she can follow and gain confidence from. She may not do well with another female dog, and cannot live with cats. However, she is good with children and male adult humans. She needs a caring individual who will get her out in the world and help her to become more outgoing.!
